A Travers Celles, Extra Brut - Champagne Etienne Sandrin
Etienne Sandrin crafts gorgeous biodynamic Champagne out of his tiny domaine in the Aube village of Celles-sur-Ource. Working alongside his wife Anne, Etienne took over from his father in 2006 and during his tenure, has implemented organic and biodynamic viticulture. Adopting these green farming techniques has transformed great grapes into something rather magical.
Grapes: 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Blanc
Tasting notes: Lemon peel, grapefruit, green mango and raspberries. Delicate and harmonious.

VB02, Extra Brut - Champagne Elemart Robion
The story of Elemart Robion begins in 1992 when Catherine and Thierry Robion took over the land where their domaine sits today. The vines lie west of Montagne de Reims in the Ardre Valley where superlative examples of Pinot Meunier thrive.
Grapes: 90% Pinot Meunier, 10% Pinot Noir
Tasting notes: Red fruits, cherries and cooked pear. Elegant with a long, well-balanced finish.

At Champagne Augustin, caring for the land and nurturing the vines are equally important to Marc Augustin and his wife Emmanuelle as crafting fine wine. They have adopted a biodynamic approach not only in terms of their farming and winemaking, but have also integrated it into other aspects of their lives.
