Etienne Sandrin crafts gorgeous biodynamic Champagne out of his tiny domaine in the Aube village of Celles-sur-Ource. Working alongside his wife Anne, Etienne took over from his father in 2006 and during his tenure, has implemented organic and biodynamic viticulture. Adopting these green farming techniques has transformed great grapes into something rather magical.

CCCI Feu, Extra Brut - Champagne Augustin

At Champagne Augustin, caring for the land and nurturing the vines are equally important to Marc Augustin and his wife Emmanuelle as crafting fine wine. They have adopted a biodynamic approach not only in terms of their farming and winemaking, but have also integrated it into other aspects of their lives.
